While the steps focus on Zoom as an example, the same process applies to Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
Prepare dadan meetings bot for a meeting
To prepare the dadan meetings bot for a meeting, follow these steps:
- Access dadan Meetings Recording:
- Open the dadan app and click Create on the left sidebar to open the dropdown menu.
- Click Meetings Recording on the left sidebar.

- Go to the recording section:
- In the Meetings Recording box, click Paste a meeting link to record.

- Paste the link:
- Paste the Zoom meeting link into the Paste Meeting Link to Record field.

- Click Record Meeting to schedule the dadan Meetings Bot.

Join a meeting with dadan AI Notetaker
To do that:
- Start or join your external meeting:
- When the dadan AI Notetaker requests to record the meeting, click Approve to add the dadan Meetings Bot as a member (it will appear as a participant).
