Affiliate Program Terms of Service

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promotion

Promote Dadan in a legal, ethical, and professional manner.

Use of Affiliate Links

Only use the affiliate links provided through Affonso to track referrals. You are responsible for ensuring your links are integrated properly.

Compliance with Laws

Refrain from any misleading, dishonest, or unethical marketing practices. Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and similar consumer protection authorities.

Prohibited Marketing Methods

Avoid spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or using unauthorized channels to promote Dadan. This includes but is not limited to advertising on search terms containing or directly related to “Dadan”, advertising on search terms containing names of Dadan competitors, describing competitors in a derogatory manner, unsolicited text messages, and other disruptive or fraudulent tactics.

Cookie stuffing, and content made only to push a discount code, are not allowed. Commissions from those activities are forfeited.

Commission Structure

You earn a 30% recurring commission on payments made by customers you refer, for the lifetime of their subscription. Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link via Affonso, with a cookie window of 60 days. The commission rate or structure may be updated from time to time at Dadan’s discretion.

Friends who subscribe through your link receive 20% off. On a monthly plan, the discount applies to the first 3 monthly payments. On a yearly plan, the discount applies to the first yearly payment.

Payment Schedule

Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks before it becomes payable. Payments are made via PayPal monthly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold of USD $50. Any amounts below the threshold will roll over to the next payment period.

Fraudulent or Invalid Referrals

Any fraudulent, artificial, or invalid referrals (including self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of associated commissions. Dadan reserves the right to review and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referral is fraudulent or invalid.

Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your participation in the Program, including any reporting or withholding requirements.

Affiliates may not:

Bid on Brand Keywords

Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) that bids on Dadan brand keywords or any variation thereof.

Impersonation or Misdirection

Create websites, social media pages, or any content that mimics Dadan or misleads customers into believing it is an official Dadan channel.

Illegal or Prohibited Content

Promote Dadan in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or that includes defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Dadan. You are acting solely as an independent contractor. You do not have authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

Dadan reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activities or misuse of the Program.
• Any conduct deemed detrimental to Dadan’s interests or reputation.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion. If you wish to terminate your participation, you may do so at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Dadan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, profits, or data) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Your participation is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
